I am getting some of my Christian friends upset by speaking out against “their” religion. Please let me explain and read to the end:
Christianity is a religion as ANY other religion that leads to hell IF you follow God in the confines of a denominational religiosity. You are correct: GOD WILL fight the battles for the Christians and the Jews. God says, we need to repent, we need to plead the blood of Jesus, have to be saved, sin no more………………………………………………………………………………
Christianity WILL NOT SAVE people from wrath: God does!
People HAVE TO RECONNECT to HOLY God by being born again according to the Bible AND the example Jesus gave.
Most religious Christian churches do NOT teach God’s ABSOLUTE TRUTH of repentance, death and resurrection, which brings reconciliation to God by HIS personal sacrifice.
Most Christian churches have ALL kinds of gospels: gospels of prosperity, gospels of easy believism, gospel of works, gospel of tithing and giving, ………. new gospels every day.
Jesus had only ONE Gospel entrusted to ALL people: The Gospel of regeneration in the sacrifice of Jesus deity (John 1-14)
So Christianity as religion, will not bring people to God and be saved.
The gospel God talks about in the Bible is a RELATIONSHIP between God and humans. Religion is human invented appeasement of God= leads to death. Jesus ( God Himself in the flesh) gives life and that more abundantly. KNOWING HIM enables the HOLY Spirit ( GOD HIMSELF in the spirit) lead us into the way we should go and BECOME God’s hands and feet here on this earth, were God is NO longer present, because as light and darkness do not mix, so Holiness and sin do not mix.
I pray you see the difference, because many people will stand before God one day and He will say to them: “Depart from me, I never knew you”. Are we born again children of God sinless? NO!
Many religious Christians claim to be “good”, because they repented of their sins, same as Muslims pursue a “gospel” of righteousness to no avail.
Do we children of God sin? Yes, but not intentionally, just circumstantially, because we live in this world of sin and death and are subject to the laws of this world, which jesus didn’t come to abolish. But we live no longer by the law, but by POWER GOD gave us to overcome.
No religion on earth can save you from wrath to come: it will come everywhere all over this earth to everybody.. How do I know? Because the end of the story of this earth is already written.
Can you understand now what is the difference between religion and relationship to God?
